I’ve been a hater of cottage cheese my whole life, but the creamy, high protein sauces you can make with it are literally a dream-come-true!

Pizza chicken bake w/creamy cottage cheese sauce (470 calories | 71g protein)
WHAT YOU NEED:
-6 oz chicken breast
-about 10 slices turkey pepperoni
-¼ cup low fat mozzarella cheese
-½ cup tomato sauce
-¼ cup cottage cheese
-½ cup chopped cooked broccoli (or veggie of choice)
-italian seasoning
HOW TO MAKE
-Chop chicken into cubes, season with s+p and italian seasoning and cook in medium skillet until completely cooked.
-Meanwhile, blend together tomato sauce and cottage cheese until smooth.
-Use an oven safe bowl and add chicken, broccoli and sauce.
-Layer cheese, pepperoni, red pepper flakes (optional) and more Italian seasoning.
-Bake or air fry at 400 for 5-6 minutes (until cheese is bubbly) and enjoy!
